Mimi Cohrt has devoted the past decade to the study of herbalism, passionately creating potions and concoctions using modern ornamental plants with a rich traditional medicinal history. With the ultimate goal of bringing the healing properties of these plants to the community, digging into agriculture became a natural place to start. After several years and lessons learned, the fruition of her efforts emerged—Officinalis Culinary Gardens was born.
